Our mission

At CoopérAction Resilience, our mission is clear: To rebuild sustainably, with women at the heart of the action.

In a post-earthquake context, where needs go far beyond humanitarian emergency, we have chosen to invest in the future. Our goal is to support rural women’s cooperatives by providing them with the tools needed to restart production, strengthen their skills, and create innovative, viable, and resilient economic models.

Through targeted training, technical support, assistance with digitalization, and sales development, we work hand in hand with women so they can become active agents of their own economic recovery.

Because every cooperative revived is a family supported.

Because every woman empowered is a community strengthened.

Because resilience cannot be decreed, it must be built.

Our Impact

CoopérAction Resilience is more than an economic recovery project. It is a lever for sustainable transformation in the rural areas affected by the earthquake. Our impact is measured as much in numbers as in lives changed.

Expected results

In the short term:

  • Revival of economic activity after the earthquake
  • Implementation of practical training in production, management, marketing, and quality
  • Development of personalized strategic plans for each cooperative
  • Intensive support for 3 pilot cooperatives with continuous technical follow-up
  • Creation of a database of cooperatives in the Taroudant province

In the long term:

  • Economic autonomy and financial stability of cooperatives
  • Creation of a solidarity-based cooperative network between villages
  • Reduction of dependence on intermediaries and strengthening of direct sales
  • Digitalization of sales through a dedicated online platform
  • Sustainable improvement of living conditions for members and their families
  • Reduction of gender inequalities in the rural economy
  • Creation of a Union of Cooperatives in Taroudant to pool efforts, collectively respond to economic challenges, and adapt to the rapid transformations of the market and consumer expectations.

A human and territorial impact.

Behind each cooperative are dozens of families regaining stability and a future.
By restoring economic power to women, we revive social, educational, and community dynamics in the villages.
The impact goes beyond numbers: it is embodied in regained dignity, achieved autonomy, and the pride of producing and undertaking.
